For beginners, 1 hour will be enough as there is a lot of cognitive thinking require in learning something new. Even if your body is good to go for 2 hours or more, at the start it’ll be best to let the mind absorb and retain the newly acquired information and movement patterns.
Once you get better, we can look towards longer sessions. =)
We will go through progressively all the major techniques of the modern game. We will go through basic tennis knowledge and rules as well. We aim to infuse tennis and fun together, hey just look at our name =)
Don’t worry about making mistakes, the biggest mistake is not making them at all. We will give individualized corrections to everyone and make sure everyone learns well.
